Through Microsoft Great Plains Training, a customer and partner training program, Microsoft Great Plains has authorized and contracted with partners in key business markets to deliver Microsoft Great Plains Training programs. InterDyn will deliver high-quality training to Microsoft Great Plains' customers needing education on Microsoft Great Plains solutions.

To gain a Certified Partner for Learning Solutions (CPLS) certification, a partner organization must have Microsoft Great Plains certified trainers on staff. All instructors have Great Plains Dynamics and CAAS certification.
